Concentration Plant
Concentration Plant are suitable for concentration of juice / pulp to prepare concentrate / paste. In Concentration Plant the pan is provided with top and bottom hemispherical shape shell. The top and the bottom shell are bolted together. Both anchor and paddle type stirrer assembly can be provided. The drive for stirrer assembly is fixed on the top shell. The system is under vacuum thus lowering the temperature. Vacuum in the system is maintained through vacuum pump. Steam is used as a heating media which is provided in the steam jacket of bottom shell. The water vapors removed form the product is condensed in the condenser. Cooling tower water is circulated in the condenser to condensate the vapor. Capacity ranging from 200 kg per hr evaporation rate upto 3000 kg per hr can be provided.
